Well, this is new
Hey. I haven't been on here in...months. In all fairness, lately DeviantArt's had the idea to pretend to not recognize my account's password - and I enter it correctly every time. Clearing cookies and refreshing has not helped, so I'm assuming it just...has an erratic dislike of me? I don't know. Man, has this place changed.

So yes. Just coming on to here to say I am not dead. I would post up some work, but none of it is art - and nobody cares much about writing here, to be honest.

As per usual, 4kids fucks up everything it touches. In this case, 5d's. I don't know how 4kids has been able to successfully censor everything in 5D's anyway: there's much more violence. So far, the main protagonist has managed to be electrocuted, tattooed/marked (painfully, might I add), electrocuted some more, thrown against walls, hit with numerous dueling spells gone real, and been impaled with shrapnel and having to endure surgery apparently with little to no anaesthesia. 4kids might as well call it a new show altogether.

Anyway, Jack's Japanese seiyuu uses a deep voice with the character. And what do I hear while watching the dub? Ted Lewis. The voice actor for James in Pokemon. Does not work. At all. While Jack now sounds (and seems) more gay (which in some respects I might enjoy), it's just...no.

...In any case, merry Christmas! Here's some of the highlights of my presents~
- iPod Touch! WAHA! 8D [I feel kind of spoiled now that I've received this...]

- POKEMON TOYS. OVER 9000.
- BATMAN FIGURE.
- A MEOWTH VEHICLE FOR MY POKEMON TOYS. I feel like I've officially gone past a point of no return.
- money that will go straight to my bank account for Junior Experience travel time

My older brother got a 37" HD flat-screen television from his girlfriend...which, given her financial status, is very surprising. Nonetheless, I'm utilizing its full potential...



...by watching YGO 5D's on it.

STEP ONE

I shouldn't be suffering on the last day of my Thanksgiving break.

I discovered this gem on The Movie Blog updates today. It's CGI film produced by Tim Burton and created by Ackner. Holy crap, it looks fantastically innovative. It's about a post-apocalyptic world where machines have destroyed mankind. These nine ragdolls go around, trying to figure out what's happened and what these machines are about.

The trailer has sold me. There's no voice-acting, but Elijah Wood is playing the character called 9. I think a soundless version of this film could be almost more enjoyable.
